Web hosting that holds up on your busiest day

Your website is often the first thing a customer meets. If it’s slow, or it’s down, they don’t wait – they go somewhere else.

We host business websites on platforms that adds power automatically when traffic climbs, protects the site while it’s running, and backs onto a team in Bournemouth you can ring when you need a human.

Hosting is invisible right up until the moment it isn't

Nobody buys hosting because they’re excited about hosting. They buy it because a page took nine seconds to load, or the site fell over the morning after a big campaign, or the last provider took three days to answer a ticket.

Slow pages lose customers before they ever reach your contact form, and Google notices too. A site that loads quickly and stays up does quiet work for you every day – you just don’t see it happening.

That’s the job. Keep the site quick, keep it online, keep it protected, and stay out of your way.

What you get

Power that scales with your traffic

The platform adds resource automatically as traffic climbs – no fixed caps, no throttling, no “exceeded its limits” email on the day you get featured.

Protection built in

Free SSL certificate on every domain, a firewall filtering attacks before they reach your site, malware scanning and DDoS protection as standard.

Fast everywhere, not just here

A content delivery network serves your pages from wherever your visitor is, with images and code optimised on the way. Fewer plugins, quicker pages.

Built to stay up

No single point of failure. If a piece of hardware has a bad day, your site moves across to healthy kit without anyone noticing.

80+ one-click installs

WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla!, Magento, Laravel and more, live in minutes rather than an afternoon.

Payment-ready

The platform is PCI compliant, so if you’re taking card payments you’re on the right footing from day one.

Moving your site across

Changing host is the bit everyone dreads.

We’ll copy your files, databases and email from your current provider, so you’re not the one holding the spanner. Your existing site keeps serving visitors until the new one is ready, then we switch it over.

Most business sites move in a day.

When you need more than standard hosting

Most business websites are very happy here. Some need more.

High-Frequency Hosting → puts your site on faster processors with pre-cached content – worth it for busy ecommerce and anything where a half-second matters.

Managed Cloud Hosting → is the fully looked-after tier, with a choice of cloud platform, for larger sites and heavier applications.

Not sure which one you’re looking at? Tell us what the site does and how many people use it. We’ll point you at the smallest thing that works.

Shared, managed or high-frequency? Our guide compares the three if you would rather work it out yourself first.

Working with us

We’re an IT company that hosts websites, rather than a hosting company that also does IT. In practice that means your website sits with the same team that looks after your computers, your email and your network – so when something breaks, nobody spends a week deciding whose fault it is.

Our engineers are in Bournemouth. Real people, on the phone, who know your setup.

And the platform runs on 100% renewable energy, which matters more to some businesses than others – but it’s there either way.

Getting started

1. Tell us about your site

What it’s built in, roughly how busy it gets, and who currently hosts it. Five minutes on the phone is usually enough.

2. We move it across

We run the migration, check every page, and keep the old site live until you’re happy with the new one.

3. We keep it running

Your site is hosted, protected and monitored from then on. You’ll hear from us when there’s something worth hearing about.

Common questions

The things people ask before they move a site – downtime, email, and what happens if it all goes wrong.

Anything not covered, ask away. We’ll tell you if moving isn’t worth it.

Ask a hosting question

Will my site go down while you move it?

No. Your current site keeps serving visitors throughout. We build the new one alongside it and only point your domain across once everything checks out.

Does my email move too?

It can. The migration tool handles mailboxes as well as files and databases. If your email lives in Microsoft 365, it stays exactly where it is and nothing changes.

What happens if traffic suddenly climbs?

The platform adds CPU and memory as demand rises, then releases it again afterwards. There are no artificial caps on your account, so a good day doesn’t turn into a bad one.

Is it fast enough for an online shop?

Yes for most shops – SSD storage, a content delivery network and PCI compliance come as standard. If yours is large or unusually busy, High-Frequency Hosting is the better fit and we’ll say so.

Do I have to take my IT support from you as well?

No. Plenty of clients host with us and nothing else. If you want to bring the rest across later, that’s your call and there’s no rush.

What if I want to leave?

You take your site and go. No hostage-taking, no exit fees, and we’ll help with the handover.

Sites we host and look after

Every site we host started somewhere else, usually with a problem – one that crawled, one that kept falling over, one nobody could get into any more.

Here’s some of the work.

Not sure which hosting you need?

Tell us what the site does and roughly how busy it gets. We’ll tell you which package fits, and say so plainly if the one you’re on already does the job.

Shared, managed or high-frequency hosting

Most business sites belong on standard hosting. Move up only once you have measured a real problem - and check the site itself first.
