We’re an IT company in Bournemouth. We look after the computers, networks, email, phones and websites that businesses across the South Coast depend on every day – and we answer the phone when they ring.
That’s the whole idea, really. Enough depth to run a serious IT setup properly. Small enough that you’ll know who you’re talking to.

We were built for the gap in the middle. Ambitious businesses that have outgrown the second and don’t want the first.

There isn’t one right way to bring us in, so we don’t pretend there is.
Someone to call when it goes wrong. Plenty of clients keep us for the days that hurt – the failed server, the ransomware scare, the office move that has to happen over a weekend. You’ve got a number that gets answered.
Or your whole IT department. For other clients we simply are the IT team: strategy, budgets, buying decisions, projects, support desk, the lot. Same people, same phone number, just more of the job.
Or somewhere in between. If you’ve got someone internal, we back them up rather than elbow them out. They keep the relationships; we bring the depth, the tooling and the cover for when they’re away.
You can start at one end and move along it. Most clients do. Sorted.
Where we are, and why it matters
Our trading office is Unit 9 Castle Parade, Bournemouth. Not a serviced address, not a virtual one – a place you can drive to, with people in it.
Engineers in Bournemouth, not Bangalore. When a job needs someone standing next to the kit, someone gets in a van. When it doesn’t, we’re on it remotely before you’ve finished explaining.
We look after businesses in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Blandford, Ringwood, Southampton and across Dorset – and further afield too. Remote support and telephony reach the whole of the UK, and some of our clients have never needed us to visit at all.

Where are you actually based?
Our trading office is Unit 9 Castle Parade, Bournemouth, Dorset BH7 6SH. Our registered office is 24 Cornwall Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1RX. You’re welcome to visit the Bournemouth office – a bit of notice and the kettle’s on.
How big are you?
Big enough that there’s always someone available and always someone who knows your setup. Small enough that you’ll learn the names of the people looking after you, and they’ll learn yours.
Do we have to move everything to you at once?
No. Some clients hand over the whole lot on day one. Others start with one thing – the email, the website, the security – and bring the rest across when it suits. Both are fine.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Ambitious small and medium businesses, mostly across Dorset and Hampshire, in every sector you can think of. The common thread isn’t industry – it’s that IT has started to matter more than it used to.
Do you only work with local businesses?
No. We’re rooted here, and being nearby genuinely helps. But remote support and hosted services work anywhere, and we look after clients around the UK.

Yes, and we do it a lot. We’re not there to make anyone look bad. We add the monitoring, the specialist knowledge and the cover for holidays; they carry on doing what they’re good at.
