Can you host a site somebody else built?
Yes, that is most of what we take on. You do not have to rebuild anything to get our hosting and support.
Nobody knows who controls our domain. Can you sort that?
Usually, yes. It is a common mess – the domain sits in the name of an agency that folded, or a former employee’s personal account. We will find out where it actually is and help you through getting it back into your own name. Domain Names →
Which hosting tier do we need?
Most business websites want the standard tier, and we will tell you if that is you rather than sell you the biggest one. You need High-Frequency if your site is busy enough that page speed is costing you sales, and Managed Cloud if you have outgrown shared infrastructure entirely – usually ecommerce. If you are not sure, ask and we will look at your traffic.
Is website security the same as cyber security?
