We are a classic business, don’t quite have the demand for full time IT support, but certainly big enough to need robust IT and data compliance, security, CyberEssentials (we also needed CyberEssentialPlus) and on demand desk top support. The following things impressed me:
1. You get straight through to a highly knowledgeable, well humour person!
2. Everyone in their team provides the same support for you, no matter who you speak with. None of this ’sorry, they are on holiday nonsense!’, everyone there supports us.
3. They can remote into your system with ease (and your permissions) and just do it for you when needed.
4. We have a mix of operating systems (apple/windows/cloud/3rd party apps etc). None of which was a problem for them.
5. Above all it is the flexibility and plain speaking that sets them apart - plus the service we get is excellent value.

I did not realise the work required from setting up a domain, QR coding, and providing an experienced website designer / build, which nothing was too much trouble for Jon Talbot who I must say is a credit to the team who kept me updated all the way.
