The Scope

PRC streamline contacted Rejuvenate to take over their existing email services and completed their migration to Microsoft 365. PRC Streamline also needed a one stop helpdesk they could contact with any IT issues that may occur on all their devices.

The Solution

Rejuvenate took over PRC Streamlines existing email service, to ensure futureproofing Rejuvenate migrated PRC Streamline away from their current system onto Microsoft 365, this allowed PRC Streamline to utilise Microsoft Teams for management and file storage as well as a secure email platform. Rejuvenate also provided them with pre-paid technical support hours to suit their requirements.

The Bournemouth Heart Club helps residents of East Dorset and West Hampshire (and surrounding areas) to recover and maintain their health and fitness after major cardiac events and procedures.

The Heart Club was founded in 1991 and since 1996 has operated from a purpose-built centre, within the grounds of the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.

The centre houses two gymnasiums, members changing areas and lounges as well as the Club’s Administrative Offices.

The Scope

Bournemouth Heart Club contacted Rejuvenate to conduct a full IT audit for recommendations on their current IT Infrastructure and working practices. They required an isolated network to move them away from the NHS’s infrastructure.

The Solution

Rejuvenate conducted a full audit of Bournemouth Heart Club and found their IT Equipment was at its end of life and to better, work performance, needed replacing. Rejuvenate also installed a new Draytek router to serve the Bournemouth Heart Club building, moving them off of the NHS Network.

To move them away from the internal IT of the NHS, Rejuvenate moved Bournemouth Heart Club over to a full Microsoft 365 solution to give them their own email addresses and online storage facility that also promoted flexible working out of the office.

The Results

Bournemouth Heart Club now have a separate network from the NHS, this allows them to work independently and allows Rejuvenate to fully support their infrastructure. With their new computers throughout the building, Bournemouth Heart Club have seen a significant improvement in their performance and workload.

Due to the effects of Coronavirus Bournemouth Heart Club needed to move over to remote working and online classes. With Bournemouth Heart Club already utilising Microsoft 365, they have been able to make this transition smoothly. To aid the online classes Rejuvenate installed a new Wi-Fi system in the gym to ensure the best possible connection.

Bournemouth Heart Club

The Macmillan Unit at Christchurch Hospital is a Specialist Palliative Care Unit and Hospice for patients in South East Dorset and South West Hampshire. The charity, Macmillan Caring Locally, works in partnership with University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust to provide the services at the Macmillan Unit and in our community. The unit is supported and funded by Macmillan Caring Locally providing an exceptional standard of care and a homely environment for patients, their families and visitors. The charity also provides nursing and medical equipment to improve patient treatment and comfort.

The Scope

Macmillan Caring Locally first contacted Rejuvenate for a cost-effective on-premise server to support a new business application called ACT and required a site audit to ensure they were getting the most out of their IT.

Rejuvenate provided Macmillan Caring Locally with a space-saving micros server with server essentials for the use of ACT and to support remote working.

Following the Site Audit Rejuvenate supplied Macmillan with new laptops featuring Full Disk Encryption to meet the requirements of GDPR backed up with a full cloud backup and disaster recovery solution to ensure business continuity.

Macmillan Caring Locally was on a legacy POP Email solution, to bring them up to date to ensure best working practices and seamless working across devices and remote Rejuvenate migrated them over to a full Microsoft 365 Solution.

The Clear Health Group are a professional and experienced private medical insurance broker that specialises in providing the most competitive policies. With fully confidential support and advice whenever you need it, their dedicated advice line is set up to help with any health insurance policy or general enquiry.

The Scope

The Clear Health Groups IT Support contract was coming to an end with their existing supplier so they contacted Rejuvenate for an idea on what solution they should be using and an idea on costs.

They needed a company that is able to support them with their daily IT needs and look after their websites that link to systems using API’s. The Clear Health Group also required a company to remotely manage their Kiosks located in hospitals nationwide.

The Solution

Rejuvenate advised The Clear Health Group their current cloud server solution is not necessary, we decided it would be best to utilise Microsoft 365 Cloud Services instead of a dedicated cloud server as this was an additional cost The Clear Health Group did not need.

Alongside the Microsoft 365 Cloud Services Rejuvenate advised they would need a dedicated cloud web hosting server for their sites to ensure the best performance for their customers.

The Clear Health Group now have a full Microsoft Cloud solution to aid them working remotely across the country and reliable web hosting to assist in gaining new leads to grow their client base.

Wareham Town Council was formed after local government re-organisation in 1974 when Purbeck District Council took over many of the powers of the former Borough of Wareham. The Town Council has 16 Councilors who represent all parts of the town.

The Scope

Wareham Town Council contacted Rejuvenate on recommendation from a new member of staff who worked with us in a previous role, as they were unhappy with their existing supplier.

Requirement One: Move over to a full cloud system to enable their staff to work remotely and as efficiently as possible.

Requirement Two: Their existing telecoms contract was coming to an end so they needed a new solution.

The Solution

Rejuvenate provided Wareham Town Council with new laptops and workstations for all staff, with our Managed IT Solution to ensure their devices are always up to date, optimised and protected.

Using SharePoint Online to replace their existing File Server, staff can work with flexibility from Laptops and Mobile Devices, without relying on a VPN Connection or Server.

Rejuvenate transferred Wareham Town Councils’ existing Broadband and Phone Numbers in order to provide a Fully Managed Telecom Solution.

Wimborne Minster Town Council consists of 14 Councillors and is divided into two wards.

The Town Council staff are based in the Town Hall in Wimborne, Dorset.

Wimborne Minster Town Council approached us with a desire to move towards a cloud-based IT solution. They had seen and heard a lot about this and felt ready to make the move, keen to improve collaboration between Council Staff and Councillors.
