The Scope
Queens Park Garage approached Rejuvenate IT in March 2022 due to frequent network dropouts, which were causing significant disruptions to their operations. Their CCTV system was also impacted, raising concerns about the security of their customers’ property. A thorough audit of Queens Park Garage’s internal network revealed that the issues were caused by outdated hardware and breaks in their networking cables.
After establishing a strong working relationship, Matt from Queens Park Garage contacted us with a request to rebuild their website. The new website needed to integrate with their bespoke CRM system, JobNPart, to allow customers to book services online, while also offering a modern and sleek design. User experience was a top priority, so the website had to be clear, fast, easy to navigate, and fully responsive on mobile devices.
The Solution
Rejuvenate swiftly replaced the outdated network equipment with modern infrastructure capable of meeting Queens Park Garage’s requirements. This included installing a Draytek router, Unifi PoE switches, and Unifi Access Points. We also set up a dual-WAN router, allowing us to add a backup FTTC broadband line to minimise the impact of any future broadband outages. Additionally, new network cables were installed between their switches and CCTV cameras to eliminate the dropouts they had been regularly experiencing.
The website redesign began with a meeting between Rejuvenate IT and Queens Park Garage to discuss their requirements. As with all website projects, we created a visual mock-up containing the features agreed upon during the meeting. Our web developer Jon then set to work building the site according to these specifications. Collaborating with Robert from JobNPart, we integrated the website with their CRM system and tested it thoroughly to ensure all booking types functioned correctly.
