We’re continuing to operate normally.

We are very fortunate to be in a business where we can continue operating without face-to-face contact with people, and all of our day-to-day functions can be carried out from anywhere with internet access.

Of course, some physical access to our clients is required to from time to time. In-line with current government advice we are minimising non-essential site visits, however will attend site for urgent requests.

Hardware Availability – Last Update 26/03/2020

We are still able to provide Laptops, Workstations, IP Phones and other accessories. Delivery lead times vary by vendor, but we will do everything we can to get hardware delivered to you as quickly as possible.

UK Telephone Number Porting – Last Update 25/03/2020

Due to an apparent lack of Business Continuity Planning on the part of BT, all UK Telephone Number Porting (to and from) BT Networks is currently suspended.

We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as the situation develops.

Multi Factor Authentication

If you are not already using Multi-Factor Authentication, we strongly recommend enabling it for your Office 365 Account.

COVID-19 Phishing / Fraud Emails

We are noticing a spike in COVID-19 related Phishing and Fraudulent Emails.

We’re providing a free Working from Home Policy Template that you are free to adapt and use within your business.

If you are a Small Business, you may not have a permanent VPN or Remote Working Solution in place.  We’re providing FREE access to our Remote Support Software, to allow you to remotely access your Office Computer from Home.

In order to use this facility, you must be a Managed IT Client.
