It's that time of year again, a time to kick back, relax and be merry. But don't worry, we'll still be here keeping everything ticking over until you get back.
Our Service Desk will be available during working days (i.e. not the Bank Holidays) over the Christmas period and we will of course be monitoring and maintaining systems throughout.
The only service that will be affected by the Christmas period is VoIP Number Porting. Given that many other networks operators are closing their porting desks over the Festive Season, the last date for porting telephone numbers will be on Wednesday 20th December.
Normal service will resume on Tuesday 3rd January. An exception to this will be Telephony Services Ltd who have a data freeze period running from 9th December to 2nd January, numbers cannot be ported from them during this time.
We’d remind customers that running out of credit is not an emergency and the bank will not be checked during the Bank Holidays or out of hours. Please therefore ensure that you have sufficient credit for the period or make use of the emergency top-up facility in the portal.
