Yealink Price Reductions and Offers

As you may know, most of our VoIP Hardware comes from the European Union, which has caused a fair amount of turbulance with hardware pricing since the vote last year to part ways. Well we're pleased to finally have some good news!

We have secured lower pricing across our range of Yealink VoIP Hardware, with some models back down to their Pre-Brexit prices.

As an added bonus, we have two offers running for a limited time:

Upgrade Your Conference Room

VoIP Changes

As part of continued improvements to our network we are introducing some additional IP addresses for both SIP signalling, and RTP media traffic from the 31th March 2017. At the same time, we are adding support for the Opus HD Voice Codec.

Customers will be contacted by our Service Desk to inform them of the new IP Addresses.

Please ensure that you allow traffic to/from the new IPs and correctly identify these signalling IPs as a permitted source for inbound traffic in your own configuration before 31th March 2017 to ensure no disruption to your service.

If you use our Managed Network Service, our Service Desk will automatically update your VoIP Network Configuration to allow our traffic from these IP Addresses, therefore no action is required!

Building Your Online Presence

A website is not only a powerful marketing tool it’s also an investment in your business, and as such should have a focused role for your business and not just be considered as an expense.

What should your website do?

The objectives of your website should be focused on solving a problem within your business, whether attracting more customers to produce more leads, offering helpful advice to reduce customer service costs or creating greater visibility amongst your target audience, your website project should be built to meet your requirements.

Christmas Opening Hours

It's that time of year again, a time to kick back, relax and be merry. But don't worry, we'll still be here keeping everything ticking over until you get back.

Our Service Desk will be available during working days (i.e. not the Bank Holidays) over the Christmas period and we will of course be monitoring and maintaining systems throughout.

The only service that will be affected by the Christmas period is VoIP Number Porting. Given that many other networks operators are closing their porting desks over the Festive Season, the last date for porting telephone numbers will be on Wednesday 20th December.

Normal service will resume on Tuesday 3rd January. An exception to this will be Telephony Services Ltd who have a data freeze period running from 9th December to 2nd January, numbers cannot be ported from them during this time.

Case Study: How Backup Saved My Business

On the 14th July 2014, a local architectural design company, who were happy to share their experiences, but asked not be named, contracted a deadly virus, infecting their computers and servers with the infamous CryptoLocker, corrupting their emails and documents, and locking them out of their booking system, preventing them from conducting their business. Within minutes of placing a call with the Rejuvenate Helpdesk, a technician was logged into the server, and had isolated the source of a virus, preventing further infection.

Rejuvenate Becomes Microsoft AER Partner

Rejuvenate are pleased to announce that we have become a Microsoft Authorised Education Reseller (AER), demonstrating our ability to meet Microsoft academic customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment. Rejuvenate are an all service provider of Information Technology, with a strong focus on the academic IT market. Attaining Microsoft AER authorisation completes our portfolio of infrastructure solutions for education.

Data Protection Changes

New legislations are coming into effect soon. These will require amendments to most companies and their methods of handling, storing and securing data.

The ICO have provided numerous articles on the requirements for Schools, Hospitals and non-profit organisations, as well as all day to day businesses with specific needs.
One of the main requirement changes is encryption of data.

Following these changes, companies that use Payroll software of any kind or hold any personal data including but not limited to: Tax records, Bank details, NI numbers, addresses, DOB etc, will be REQUIRED to encrypt this data and ensure that any transmission of this data is also done so securely. Organisations not compliant with the new legislation place themselves in serious risk of penalties by the Information Commission and also risk the security our their customer data.
